1. Service Cancellations

– Clients may cancel a service before work has commenced.

– Once work has started, cancellations may attract partial or no refund, depending on costs already
incurred.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:

– Payment was made in error

– BES is unable to deliver the agreed service

– The service was cancelled before commencement
3. Refunds will not apply to:

– Completed services

– Custom or special-order materials

– On-site work already performed


4. Product Returns

– Products sold are non-returnable once delivered or collected, except where defective.

– Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Refund Processing

– Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 working days.

– Refunds are made via the original payment method where possible.

– Transaction or gateway fees may be deducted.


6. Project-Based Payments

– Deposits for projects are non-refundable once materials or labor have been committed.

– Any refundable balance will be calculated fairly based on work completed.
